("Kodiak") today announced that it has launched aninitial public offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock at an anticipated initial offering price between $13.00 and $15.00 per share pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1
Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Barclays is also acting as a book-running manager for the offering. Chardan will act as lead manager.
