ATLANTA, July 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Intent Solutions, an Atlanta-based company
Dane brings strong financial services industry experience as well as recent experience in the medical device industry. In 2012, he joined EndoChoice, a platform technology firm serving caregivers in the field of gastrointestinal medicine, helping the Atlanta-based firm evolve from startup to public company. He later led finance and sales operations for the largest of Carestream Dental's four global sales regions. He holds a finance degree from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA from Emory University.
"We are delighted that Nathan has joined our team," said Sam Zamarripa, CEO of Intent Solutions. "We are impressed with his blend of banking and medical device experience, his energy, drive and commitment, and his track record delivering business results to both small startups and large, well-established enterprises. It's experience that will set us on a solid financial course over the next year and beyond."
Dane met the team at Intent Solutions in June of this year. "These folks are mountain climbers, an incredibly motivated team," he said. "In the same way that seat belts, and eventually airbags, became a ubiquitous element in vehicle safety standards, Intent Solutions, with its technology and mission to put the control back in controlled substances, will usher in the next era of safety for prescription drugs, saving thousands of lives in the process."
Intent Solutions was founded in response to a decades-old problem: the lack of adherence to prescription drug regimens by patients and their caregivers, particularly in the administration of opioids.
The company's platform includes an automated dispensing device that controls prescription drug dosage and collects usage data that up to now has been unavailable—data that can prevent the misuse, abuses and diversion of opioids and other prescription drugs.
About Intent Solutions Intent Solutions is an Atlanta-based technology, software, and data services company whose mission is to use technology to reduce the misuse, abuse and diversion of opioids and other prescription drugs and to improve medication safety and adherence. The company's tad™ dispenser and software application offer an engaging environment in which prescriptions can be adhered to and daily dosage monitored and managed. Led by an executive team with extensive experience in healthcare technology and civic leadership, Intent Solutions is committed to helping solve the opioid crisis through innovation and a working partnership with government, healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry.
