This session, which is titled "Intellectual Property Creation, Licensing,and Management," covers basic concepts of intellectual property protection,growth strategies, as well as rationale and methods to identify and negotiatelicensing agreements. The speaker, CJPS Enterprises' CEO, Christophe Sevrain,has over 25 patents, and over 20 years' industry experience licensingtechnologies from research organizations such as universities, nationallaboratories and corporations, and selling and licensing patents out to largecorporations. Although he is an entrepreneur, he held senior managementpositions at companies such as Baxter International, and Delphi Corporation.
