Immune Receives NASDAQ Compliance Letter

NEW YORK, June 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNP) (the "Company") announced today that on June 15, 2017, the Company received written notice from the Nasdaq that the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) and is in compliance with other applicable requirements required for listing on the Nasdaq. Accordingly, the Nasdaq has determined to continue the listing of the Company's securities.
