Dr. Gaur's activities as a telehealth industry advocate includedemonstrations to the US Presidential Advisor, US Congress, The White HouseConference on Aging and to International Delegates at the United Nations.
Dr. Gaur has contributed to the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) asChairman of the ATA Industry Council's Advocacy Alliance in 2004. He has beenan active contributor on ATA Policy Committee since 2004. In May 2006, Dr.Gaur was elected Chairman of the ATA Industry Council and served a one yearterm on the ATA Board of Directors.
Prior to joining IgeaCare, Dr. Gaur served as the founding President andCEO of Viterion TeleHealthcare LLC, A Bayer - Panasonic Company. He wasresponsible for establishing the company's telehealth business from itsinception in 2003 to rapidly becoming an industry leader in the United Statesand abroad. Prior to starting Viterion, Dr. Gaur spent eight years at BayerHealthCare, Diagnostics Division, holding a number of senior management levelpositions in Global Strategic Planning, Sales and Marketing and R&D. Prior tojoining Bayer, Dr. Gaur held management positions at Baxter International,Hybritech Incorporated (Eli Lilly & Co.) and Stauffer Chemical Co.
