(INCC) announced today it entered into an exclusive license agreement with CBD Medicinals, LLC for a patent application and trade secrets surrounding the development of an over the counter cannabidiol (CBD) formulation to improve cognitive function in adults.
This technology included novel combinations of CBD, mushroom derived hericenones, and neurotransmitter precursors. Both hericenones and CBD are known to have neuro-protective and neuro-regenerative effects in vivo.
