Hospitals now have to meet higher security standards developed by theJoint Commission and RiskWatch, Inc. recently announced the release of a newsoftware program specifically tailored to the Joint Commission requirements.
The new partnership between RiskWatch and IAS includes the first serviceoffering staffed by Secret Service-trained agents and makes it easier forhospitals, as well as school systems, to get a quality high-level riskassessment that will meet audit standards and actually recommend costeffective solutions such as improved visitor controls, security awarenesstraining and other mitigative solutions.
