BATESVILLE, Ind., Feb. 11 The board of directorsfor Hillenbrand, Inc. (NYSE: HI) has declared a dividend of $0.185 per shareon the company's common stock. The dividend is payable March 31, 2009, toshareholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2009.
