Hill-Rom Announces Fourth Quarter 2008 Dividend

BATESVILLE, Ind., Sept. 5 Hill-Rom Holdings,Inc. (NYSE: HRC) today announced its fiscal 2008 fourth quarter dividend of$0.1025 per share. This dividend was declared by Hill-Rom's Board ofDirectors on September 4, 2008, and is payable on September 30, 2008 toshareholders of record as of September 16, 2008.
