CHICAGO, June 25, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Healthy Interactions programs have improved the lives of over 35 million

"Ever since day one, when we wrote our mission statement: To improve the lives of people with diabetes and other chronic conditions, every decision, investment, acquisition, and effort has been in the service of that single-minded goal. Launching both the Depression and the Diabetes & CVD programs advances us in this journey," stated Paul Lasiuk, CEO of Healthy Interactions.

Healthy Interactions' unique model of integrating high-tech with high-touch is the optimal modality of engaging people with chronic conditions and leads to improved outcomes and lower costs. Healthy Interactions' patient-centric, high-tech platform (the MyHealthMap™ platform) links with 93 devices (i.e., weigh scales, blood glucose monitors and blood pressure monitors) and connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals for ongoing support.

The high-touch solution is enabled by Healthy Interactions' nationwide-network of over 10,000 licensed healthcare professional educators. These educators are available in all 50 states for on-site delivery and can be deployed to health systems and employer locations. The majority of this network consists of nurses and dietitians, and 27% of them are Certified Diabetes Educators (CDEs).
