Keeler was previously Senior Vice President of Business Development at IHC Specialty Benefits, part of The IHC Group, responsible for growing product sales and shareholder equity. He has started two career agent sales distribution companies, including a division of what is now HealthMarkets, and grew sales revenue to more than $400 million.
