"Bruce has deep practical experience on the challenges that health systems and providers are facing, having faced the same obstacles himself for his entire career," says Mark McCurry, CEO of Verinovum. "We're excited for Bruce to add his voice, knowledge, and passion for innovative healthcare technology to our Board as Verinovum continues to deliver the quality data that will shape the future of healthcare."

Bruce most recently served as President and CEO of INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest healthcare system, for eight years, and prior to that, as Chief Operating Officer and President of the central Oklahoma division for nine years. He retired in December 2017.

Bruce differentiated his tenure as CEO by leading a team dedicated to increasing access and market penetration beyond traditional hospital care while achieving measured improvements in quality, high reliability and value for patients. Bruce created INTEGRIS Health Partners, a physician-led, clinically integrated network that quickly grew to 1,200 physicians. He was also instrumental in moving INTEGRIS into virtual care and eHealth solutions. Bruce displays a genuine passion for leveraging technology designed to lower costs while innovating consumer-centric models that increase access and improved quality of care.

"The technology that Verinovum offers is coming at such a pivotal time for our industry, because there's so much information out there. As providers increasingly move towards a population health model, patient data is going to become even more critical," says Lawrence. "Health records must be vibrant and dynamic, not static - and Verinovum has the opportunity to make them dynamic, so providers can treat the right patients in the right way, at the right time."

Bruce served for three years as a member of the American Hospital Association Board of Directors, as part of the Executive and Compensation Committees and as Chair of the Operations Committee. In addition, he chaired the AHA Region VII Policy Board. Bruce recently joined the Board of Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma and also serves on the Board of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. He is also the past chair of the Oklahoma Hospital Association and former Board member of Vizient, the largest organization in the healthcare dedicated to connecting members with expertise to accelerate performance.
