Gonzaba Medical Group Selects Intergy by Sage Electronic Health Records at New Paperless City of San Antonio Clinic

TAMPA, Fla., July 9 Gonzaba Medical Group, a multi-sitemedical practice with 20 physicians, has selected Intergy EHR by SageElectronic Health Records and Intergy by Sage Practice Management (PM) systemto provide its newest San Antonio-based clinic with seamless access to patientand clinical data at all points of care -- without the use of paper charts.

For 24 years, Gonzaba Medical Group, with more than 200 clinicians andstaff, has been in the forefront of healthcare delivery in San Antonio withmultiple clinic sites offering primary care and ancillary services such asphysical therapy, radiology, MRI and CT imaging and occupational medicine. OnAugust 1, 2008, the organization will launch a health and wellness clinicdedicated to fulfilling the needs of the City of San Antonio's 11,000employees. The facility will leverage Sage Software's electronic healthrecords and practice management solutions, as well as onsite medical equipmentsuch as MRI scanners, bone densitometers and spiral CT scanners, to provide a"one-stop-shop" medical clinic experience. This new facility will allowpatients to obtain all diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions inone visit, reducing the impact on patient's limited time, travel and financialresources.
