SPRING, Texas, Aug. 21 Go Healthy, Inc.(Pink Sheets: GOHE) announced today that the company has received a letter ofrecognition from Reverend Andy Shanholtz, a pastor in the Praise FellowshipChurch in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The pastor was quoted as saying, "I have beentrying since 2003 to reduce my total cholesterol to a healthy level under 200using niacin, red yeast rice, etc. with no luck. Living in Sheboygan, WI itis very difficult not eating bratwurst and cheese which are staples in thisarea. In the spring of this year, 2008 you provided me with Cholesterade(R)which I have been using at least twice a day (12 oz glass)." The letter alsostated his total cholesterol has been reduced in a few short weeks by morethan 70% of the amount necessary to get him to the 200 level and he is nowconfident that he will be in the healthy range shortly without having to giveup his bratwurst and cheese and without having to resort to statin drugs andthe potential associated side effects from statins.

Stuart Evey, Chairman of Go Healthy and, formerly the founding Chairman ofESPN, states, "This is yet another positive affirmation of Cholesterade(R)from Reverend Shanholtz. We are honored that he has taken the product to dealwith and make major inroads towards solving his cholesterol problem."

Charlie Caudle, CEO of Go Healthy states, "This is another affirmationthat Cholesterade(R), a dietary soluble fiber drink, will accomplish the goalsset forth in reducing cholesterol levels as recommended by the NationalInstitutes of Health (NIH). The NIH guidelines for treatment of cholesterolissues for 12 weeks with Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes prior to considerationof statin intervention recommends 10-25 grams daily of dietary soluble fiber. Two servings of Cholesterade(R) daily are 12.2 grams. We are seeing thesekinds of results anecdotally from a number of people using Cholesterade(R).As evidenced by previous press releases, we have begun the execution of abroad and ongoing marketing plan that is intended to reach the hearts, minds, bodies and spirits of the public.
