DENVER, May 20 Global Med Technologies, Inc.(OTC Bulletin Board: GLOB), an international e-Health, medical informationtechnology company, today announced that its Wyndgate Technologies(R) divisionhas signed a multi-million dollar agreement with Intermountain Healthcare(Intermountain) of West Valley City, Utah to license Wyndgate's SafeTrace Txtransfusion management software. For the past nine years, Intermountain hasbeen ranked first or second nationally in a study of more than 550 integratedhealth systems. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

SafeTrace Tx, a powerful transfusion service management informationsystem, is designed to fully support Intermountain Healthcare'senterprise-wide centralized transfusion services (CTS) management, includingadvanced functionality such as electronic and remote crossmatch, automatedpatient special needs and antigen/antibody screens. The blood managementsoftware system is designed to raise the standard of care for patients,improve safety, reduce waste and increase efficiency in the blood transfusionenvironment.
