Titus utilizes his extensive knowledge of the body, his study of motion therapy and his years of experience treating patients with ailments such as chronic back pain, whiplash, arthritis, TMJ, rotator cuff injuries, migraines and much more, to discuss current and trending topics in a series of educational podcasts that will be released on YouTube and www.titusmotiontherapy.com over the next few months.

Episode 1, released earlier this week, entitled "Opiate Overuse:  America's Self Imposed Epidemic" looks at the epidemic America is facing due in large part to the vast number of patients suffering from chronic pain.

Titus believes that most chronic pain in the back, neck, hips, shoulders, legs and arms can be healed with a customized motion therapy plan that addresses musculoskeletal weakness and balances the body through restorative exercise.  And he has the numbers to prove it.  Over 95% of his patients are pain-free after an 8-week customized motion therapy exercise program.

Titus offers his patients an alternative to pain management plans that encourage dependence on pain relievers, and instead focuses on providing a solution for pain free living.

Quote from Frank Titus: "Our bodies are born with an inherent desire for balance and wellness. However, after years of 'wear and tear' or a specific trauma, the body develops compensatory movement patterns to maintain function. The resulting imbalances often become the cause of painful symptoms. Our modern lifestyle has reduced much of the movement that our bodies are meant to perform – resulting in the musculoskeletal weaknesses that TMT addresses and corrects through an 8-week individualized exercise program."
