(OTC Bulletin Board: HSSO) that it does notexpect that Stanford International Bank Ltd. (SIBL) will provide the fundingnecessary to consummate the parties' merger transaction today. The merger wasscheduled to close today, February 11, 2009, in accordance with the terms ofthe parties' amended merger agreement. Emageon is evaluating its options inresponse to this development.
