Dugosh joins Zach Marcella, who is living with hemophilia, as TwelveStone's second patient advocate. In addition to his role as a life coach and patient peer advocate, Dugosh will also work with statewide MS organizations to let them know about the various services that TwelveStone offers to patients with chronic conditions. This includes MEDIpack packaged medication including medication management, refills, handling payer issues and offering financial support as necessary. "I've been living with this disease for 27 years, and I know what it's like to manage the ever-changing medications, their side effects, and all the other factors that go along with living with a MS," says Dugosh. "On any given day, if I can lighten the burden for someone else living with a chronic condition that's a win/win."

Dugosh retired from Emerson Electric where he was a human resources executive, he and his wife Krista own a Fleet Feet Store in Murfreesboro Tennessee.
