Following his residency, Dr. Abend completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship in the Department of Family Medicine at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Currently, Dr. Abend is the Medical Director of Inpatient and Outpatient Services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Rahway, New Jersey where he focuses on non surgical spinal treatments, sports injuries, and neuropathy.
Dr. Abend has also recently been honored by the Leading Physicians In The World organization and Who's Who Of Physicians.
