Dorel Juvenile Group Pledges $200,000 Donation to Make-A-Wish Foundation(R)

COLUMBUS, Ind. and FOXBORO, Mass., April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc., a division of Dorel Industries (TSX: DII.B, DII.A) and the nation's largest juvenile products manufacturer, today announced its commitment to donate $200,000 in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  With its pledge, Dorel has issued a call to action asking consumers to participate in this initiative, which will help grant the wishes of inspiring Make-A-Wish® children throughout the country.

Starting this spring, consumers can look for specially marked Safety 1st® items and help share the power of a wish®.  Safety 1st products announcing the donation include the Comfy Cushy™ 3-in-1 Potty, the Beagle Buddy Potty, the Potty n' Step Stool, the Snack n' Scribble Booster Seat and the Easy Care Booster Seat.
