Emotions run high during the NATIONAL BODY CHALLENGE competition series, aweeklong programming event airing January 5-9 at 8 PM (ET/PT) on DiscoveryHealth. This year's Challenge features two competing teams, each consistingof three severely overweight individuals, as they struggle to lose weight andregain their lives. Led by health and fitness expert Dr. Lydie Hazan, alongwith personal trainers from Bally Total Fitness(R), a nutrition consultant anda therapist, the participants are put on comprehensive diet and exercise plansand have just six months to trade in a lifetime of bad habits with a healthynew way of living.
