Prior to joining DBH, Sellani served as Vice President of Marketing for NVISION Eye Centers for five years, orchestrating their rebranding from TLC Laser Eye Centers. She also served as Vice President, Marketing at Sperry Van Ness Worldwide, a company that grew from $14M to $140M during her tenure. Her resume includes Marketing Director for United Western Medical Centers Behavioral Health Division, CosmetiCare Plastic Surgery Specialists and GMG Healthcare, a company specializing in occupational medicine.
Sellani is the author of the award-winning book, "What's Your BQ? (Brand Quotient®)" and has spoken throughout the country to CEOs, executives and sales teams on building powerful, inimitable brands. She has an executive MBA from Pepperdine University, Malibu, Calif. and resides in Newport Beach, Calif.
