SANTA MONICA, Calif., Dec. 16 Derycz Scientific, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: DYSC), a company that is pioneering a fresh way of facilitating the flow of information from content publishers to enterprise customers and their constituents, today announced that wholly-owned subsidiary Reprints Desk, Inc. has signed distribution deals with seven additional scientific, technical and medical (STM) journal publishers, expanding the pay-per-view content available to Reprints Desk customers and enhancing the speed of delivery.
The list of new publishers under agreement includes three physical sciences publishers: The American Institute of Physics, headquartered in College Park, Maryland; IOP Publishing in Bristol, UK; and the Royal Society of Chemistry also based in the United Kingdom. Two more medical publishers join the ranks of publishers working with Reprints Desk: The British Medical Journal (BMJ) Group of London, England and the American Academy of Family Physicians based in Leawood, Kansas. STM publishers IOS Press from Amsterdam, The Netherlands and Annual Reviews based in Palo Alto, California round out the list of new publishers.
Agreements with these prominent STM publishers expand the growing list of journals that Reprints Desk can access immediately for fast turnaround time on single article document delivery orders by research groups at leading life science companies. "These publishers produce many of the most highly cited journals in their fields," said Jan Peterson, Head of Publisher Relations for Reprints Desk. "We are particularly pleased to begin adding additional physical and applied science titles to our agreement list, while at the same time continuing to grow our medical title list."
