ChemAxon and Agilent Technologies Sign Agreement Extending JChem Integration With Kalabie Electronic Lab Notebook

BUDAPEST, Hungary and SANTA CLARA, California, September 21 /PRNewswire/-- ChemAxon, a software solutions provider for cheminformatics, and AgilentTechnologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced an agreement to maintain theintegration between the Kalabie Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) andChemAxon's software suite. Agilent acquired the Kalabie ELN from Klee in June2007. The contract transitions existing agreements between Klee and ChemAxonto Agilent and ChemAxon.
