Under the agreement, Perot Systems will assume responsibility forCentegra's information technology platform. Additionally, Perot Systems' deephealthcare expertise will enhance Centegra's ability to provide outstandingservice for its patients, and increase the efficiency of its IT processes andsupport services, improving its ability to control costs.
