Vitamin Angels started their mission In January 1994, after the Northridge Earthquake hit Southern California, and a relief agency contacted founder Howard Schiffer requesting a donation of vitamins for victims. He started Vitamin Angels just three weeks later. Still after 25 years, Vitamin Angels continues to grow and expand its reach to more mothers and children in the US and around the world.
Vitamin Angels also partners with businesses and brands like Walgreens, Whole Foods, The Vitamins Shoppe, Pfizer, Naturewise and Now Foods.
