CHRI Signs Cooperation Contract with Guangzhou Qingping Trade Center; Sees Further Progress in the Herbal Medicine Markets Across Southern China and Southeast Asia

SUINING, China, Oct. 22 China Health Resource, Inc.(OTC Bulletin Board: CHRI) announced today that it has signed a cooperationcontract with Guangzhou Qingping Trade Center (''Qingping''), one of the fourbiggest herbal medicine and healthcare products markets in China. CHRI will,according to the contract, establish a South China Sales and Logistics Centerfor Suining Chuan Dahurian Angelica Root (DAR) and related products inQingping, meanwhile, Qingping will greatly boost the sales of Chuan DAR andrelated products in the area with its great influence in Southeast Asia'sherbal medicine markets.

The CHRI South China Sales and Logistics Center is located at the Phase IItransaction section of Guangzhou Qingping Trade Center with a 300 square meterfirst-class office, a 220 square meter exhibition center, and an 1800 squaremeter international-standard warehousing center. It's a signal of thebeginning of the market expansion in South China and Southeast Asia. TheSouth China Sales and Logistics Center is predicted to generate revenue of$2.5 million annually.

Guangzhou Qingping Trade Center has a history of 20 years. It is thebiggest trading market and distribution center, as well as the biggest import-export trading port of medicine and healthy food materials. According to theofficial data, the gross trading revenue of the market in 2006 was $0.4billion. The daily customer flow is 100,000 people. It is expected thattrading revenues will hit $0.66 billion in 2008.
