BOARDMAN, Ohio, Oct. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CBD Hacker, the definitive guide to the CBD industry, has released
Congress is planning to pass the 2018 Farm Bill after the November midterms. And if it includes the expected language concerning hemp, it will explicitly remove industrial hemp from the federal Controlled Substances list, along with hemp-derived cannabinoid extracts like CBD.
For consumers and manufacturers, that could lead to greater access. And many states already have CBD laws on the books.
"There's a lot of publicly available information about medical marijuana laws, but it's more challenging to figure out each state's position on hemp-derived CBD," said CBD Hacker's managing editor Meg Kramer. "We were surprised at some of the restrictive laws that some states have passed in the last few years."
About CBD Hacker (https://www.cbdhacker.com): CBD Hacker's mission is to introduce transparency into an unregulated and confusing industry. With cannabidiol's growing popularity, the CBD industry is experiencing rapid growth—but it has little to no oversight. CBD Hacker uses evidence-based reporting, third-party lab testing and blind product-testing methodology to dispel misinformation and help consumers to know what they are buying.
