This year, 85 medical groups that care for 10.5 million HMO patients participated in CAPG's Standards of Excellence survey. The program recognizes quality in four areas: care management, health information technology, patient-centered care and accountability and transparency.
Brown & Toland scored in the Elite tier as defined by the association alongside 19 other medical groups.
