The article provided a biased look into the marijuana industry, and one-sided view of recently filed actions by certain note holders against CWNevada, LLC.
On October 9, 2018, CWNevada and Brian Padgett addressed these issues in filings with the Eight Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada.
