Alan Hoops – Alan is Chairman and CEO of Crystal Cove Partners and Chairman of Health Essentials Holdings. From 2006 to 2012, he served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of CareMore Health Group, CareMore Medical Enterprises, Inc. and CareMore Health Plan. During his six-year tenure at CareMore, he successfully expanded the company to serve seven markets across three states. Prior to that, he served as President and CEO of PacifiCare Health Systems, which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group in 2005. Under his direction, PacifiCare became a major commercial HMO and one of California's largest managed care insurers. Alan is a Director of CorVel Corp.

Chris Palmieri –Since the fall of 2015, Christopher (Chris) has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA), the Massachusetts, not-for-profit, community-based healthcare organization dedicated to improving care for low-income individuals with complex medical, behavioral health and social needs. Under his leadership, CCA has achieved a financial turnaround and secured its long-term sustainability, growing at double-digit rates while earning a national reputation for quality. During this time, Chris also launched Winter Street Ventures, CCA's for-profit health innovation subsidiary created to partner with early stage entrepreneurs to take healthcare technology, devices and services from concept to marketplace. Prior to CCA, Chris was CEO of Remedy Partners, an organization that develops and manages episode payment programs for employers, commercial health insurers, and government payers. He was also President and CEO of VNSNY CHOICE, the managed care affiliate of the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, the nation's largest not-for-profit home- and community-based services. Chris has held senior positions with Amerigroup Corporation, Metropolitan Jewish Health System, Inc., and Faxton-St. Luke's Health Care/Mohawk Valley Network, Inc. He currently serves as the Treasurer of ACAP, a national coalition of non-profit HMO's, and as Vice Chair of the MLTSS Association Board.

Richard Zoretic – Richard serves as a Director of Molina Healthcare, Inc., as well as on the boards of Aveanna HealthCare (Bain Capital Private Equity) and Kepro (Apax Partners). In 2014, he retired from his position as executive vice president of WellPoint, Inc., where he was also president of the company's Government Business Division, which includes all operations related to Medicare, Medicaid, National Government Services, and the Federal Employee Program. Prior to joining WellPoint, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Amerigroup Corporation, where he was responsible for health plan operations, provider networks, health care economics, health care management services, technology and customer service operations. He joined Amerigroup in September 2003 as chief marketing officer and assumed responsibility for all health plan operations in 2005. He was appointed chief operating officer in 2007. Prior to Amerigroup, he held senior leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group and at MetLife Group, and served as a management consultant in Deloitte Consulting's health care practice
