In this role, Jim will use his 20 plus years of broad cross functional healthcare information experience to further drive Avreo's strategy and expansion of business development, initially focusing on strategic partnerships, and creating accretive value for both Avreo and its current customers.

Prior to Avreo, Jim enjoyed a successful 16-year career at McKesson Corporation where he showed his functional flexibility by serving executive roles in sales, marketing, installations, product management, and development leadership across many of the application segments that McKesson engaged in. His last position with McKesson was in strategic planning, where he focused on the needs of academic medical centers and managed multiple strategic partnerships. Jim also held previous positions at Shared Medical Systems (acquired by Siemens Health and later purchased by Cerner) in the healthcare information technology space. Jim will use this extensive industry experience and deep functional perspective to find, manage, and develop strategic partnerships and drive value for both Avreo and its partners, while assisting in management of strategy and positioning.
