Heck brings 18 years of industry experience to Aon Consulting. In her newposition, Heck is responsible for large market clients in the areas ofintegrated program strategy and design, market analysis, vendor selection,program implementation and evaluation, and vendor reporting. Heck joins AonConsulting from Matria Healthcare where she served as vice president ofwellness. At Matria she formulated strategic health management plans andprogram designs, and monitored program engagement and effectiveness, which ledto improved population health outcomes for clients. Previous to Matria, Heckwas director of wellness for St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in Houston, whereshe was responsible for the internal employee wellness program, the corporatewellness and biometric profit center, and the management of a health promotiongrant for the underserved of Houston.

Heck earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in community health education atUniversity of Northern Iowa, and a master's degree in wellness management witha concentration in Business Management from Ball State University.
