ACUTE is the first medical unit to receive Center of Excellence designation from Anthem

DENVER, Oct. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Anthem Health has designated The ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders a national center of excellence for medical treatment of severe and extreme eating disorders. ACUTE was awarded the designation after a rigorous review process and is the first medical unit to achieve this designation in the field of eating disorders. Founded in 2004, ACUTE is widely recognized for the excellent quality of complex medical care, uniquely experienced multidisciplinary care team, and commitment to research and education on the medical complications of eating disorders.
