NEW YORK, July 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Amplicare announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Matt Johnson, PharmD, as Chief Executive Officer effective August 1, 2018. Flaviu Simihaian, Amplicare's co-founder, will assume the role as Chairman of the Board of Directors and step down from his role as Chief Executive
Johnson has served as Amplicare's Chief Operating Officer and as a Director on the Board since starting the Company in 2012. Simihaian remains a major shareholder of the company and will provide a seamless transition while remaining involved as needed. Eberdt was co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Parata System; Chairman of Parelio Systems prior to its acquisition by Arthrexs and currently serves as Managing Director of TempusDurham.
