The survey respondents rated AllMed excellent or above average in a dozencategories: quality and thoroughness; clarity of determinations; applicationof evidence and clinical guidelines; quality of rationale and references;turnaround time; cost versus value; physician availability; physician reviews;specialty panel reviews; customer service; ease of use; and overall value.
The overall value of AllMed's independent medical reviews was seen by90 percent of respondents as excellent or above average.
More than 80 percent of the survey respondents found the company's reviewprocess above average in the thoroughness and clarity of its medical reviews.About 80 percent also ranked AllMed as excellent or above average for itsspecialists' rationales supporting medical determinations and for theirapplication of evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines. Nearly 86percent noted that the company's ability to customize the medical reviewprocess was excellent or above average. In addition, clients rated the IRO'sphysician availability and responsiveness as excellent (55 percent) or aboveaverage (34 percent).
