CHICAGO, Feb. 5, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Home Health Care News (HHCN), an Aging Media Network publication, is pleased to announce HHCN FUTURE, the fall conference formerly known as HHCN Summit. FUTURE will be held Sept. 17, 2020, at the new Convene venue on the second floor of the renowned Willis Tower, 233 S. Wacker Dr., Chicago, Illinois 60606. The program will be split into two parts: general sessions discussing the state of the industry in the morning, followed by a dual track of breakout sessions highlighting specific industry trends in the afternoon.

The conference is expected to draw 500 to 600 business executives and professionals from across the U.S. and Canada — attendees from home-based care providers and health systems seeking ways to facilitate care collaboration and delivery of care. Industry professionals from hospitals, senior living providers and more will be in attendance.

"The FUTURE conference brings together the biggest names and most innovative companies in the home health and home care spaces to share their ideas, visions and successes as they pave the trail for the market. All sizes of firms — from large, publicly traded companies, health systems, franchisors and franchisees, all the way down to small- and medium-sized agencies — will be in attendance," said George Yedinak, executive vice president of Aging Media. "Delivering health care to the home is the FUTURE: providing care in the lowest-cost setting."

FUTURE will present a variety of opportunities for table-top exhibitions, private meeting rooms, unique branding and experiential marketing, with a pre-event evening gathering and networking opportunities throughout the entire program.

"The U.S. healthcare system is obviously changing rapidly, with federal policymakers looking to bend the cost curve," said Bob Holly, editor of HHCN. "This event is an opportunity for providers and their partners to showcase what they're doing, learn from peers and, hopefully, take their operations to the next level."
