MINNEAPOLIS, May 21 ACM today announced a new strategicalignment that will focus the company's business development efforts onproviding next generation technology and services to the two most criticalmarkets influencing the delivery of healthcare today: commercial plans andpayers, and federal and state governments.
Executive Vice-President of Business Development Gary Loeber has beennamed EVP/General Manager for Government, and will focus his team on reachingout to those decision makers at the federal and state level providing benefitsto the nearly 100 million Americans enrolled in Medicaid and Medicareprograms. In addition to this new responsibility, Gary will continue tooversee ACM's PrepPoint(R) program, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) clients,and other services provided to the pharmaceutical industry.
Glen Udine, Vice-President of Account Management, has been promoted toEVP/General Manager for Commercial and, with his experienced sales and accountteam, will continue to support ACM's existing group of highly-satisfiedcustomers. The Commercial team also will lead all business developmentefforts with health plans, and other payers or strategic partners in thecommercial segment.
