Taking The Examination

  • Regular announcements will be made indicating the time to begin the encounter and the time left to finish.
  • In situations where the candidate finishes before their allotted time,

    they can leave the examination room, however they will not be permitted to re-enter the room.
  • After the patient encounter the students are given 10 minutes to enter the patient notes into a computer or in some instances hand write it. Candidates should remember that Poor legibility or spelling errors could have a negative impact on their score.
  • On hearing the announcement to stop waiting, candidates should immediately click the submit button on their computer screen or put their
    pens down immediately.

Important Tips Before Appearing For The Examination.

  • Be on time, On arriving late, you might be required to sign a late admission form.
  • Remember to carry the scheduling permit ( issued at the time of registration )
  • Proof of identity , preferably issued by the government ( with a photograph and signature). Containing the exact details as mentioned on the scheduling permit.
  • It is ideal to wear professional clothing along with a laboratory Coat, however the laboratory coat should not have any initials etc, that might indicate one identity on the identity of a particular institution.
  • Don't forget to carry your own Stethoscope .
  • Lab coats and stethoscopes are available at the examination center however in a limited number.
  • Electronic devices such as cellular phones, digital watches, pagoers, personal digital assistants or other communicatin device should not be used during the examination or during the breaks.
