Side effect(s) of Rucaparib

  General : Weakness, fatigue

  Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, stomach pain, and loss of appetite or taste.

  Skin : Itching, increased sensitivity to light.

  Blood : Anemia, thrombocytopenia (low blood platelet count).

  Respiratory : Shortness of breath.

Other Precautions :

•Regular blood tests will be required during treatment to check for serious adverse effects on the blood like acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome.
