Body as whole- Easy bleeding, body aches, white patches inside the mouth or in the lip region, unusual weakness, fever, chills, rapid weight gain and swelling of the body part regions.

Skin - Pale skin, skin rash and redness at the injection site.

Genitourinary- Less urination frequency.

Respiratory - Chest pain and trouble in breathing.

Gastrointestinal- Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea and constipation

Blood- Anemia.

Central Nervous System - Sleepiness, numbness, depression and tiredness.

Other Precautions : * It may lead to poor blood clot.

Pemetrexed(Alimta) generic is an (antifolate) antineoplastic agent, prescribed for mesothelioma (cancer that develops from the protective lining of the internal tissues) and certain types of non-small cell lung cancer either alone or with other medications.
