Fast heart rate and palpitation.
Genitourinary-
Urinary retention and urinary hesitancy.
Miscellaneous -
Decreased sweating, sleeplessness, impotence and suppression of lactation.
Other Precautions : * Avoid exposure to sunlight; otherwise it will cause heat stroke.
