Gastrointestinal: Nausea, loose stools, constipation, loss of appetite, pancreatitis, stomach pain, blood in stools, colitis

Skin: Rash, itching, skin redness, mouth ulcers
Musculoskeletal: Muscle pain, back pain, neck pain, pain in the legs or hands
Lab abnormalities: Low levels of red blood cells, lymphocytes, albumin, sodium, calcium, and phosphate. High levels of liver enzymes
Others: Nephritis, thyroid disorders, type 1 diabetes, hypophysitis or swelling of the pituitary glands, liver damage, abnormal heartbeat, weakness

Other Precautions :
Extreme caution is required while cemiplimab-rwlc is given to the patients who undergo organ transplant or with a history of the following conditions-• Breathing disorder
• Liver disease
• Kidney damage
• Diabetes
• Thyroid disorders
• Ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease
