Most Common- Respiratory tract infection, nausea, stomach pain, loss of appetite, chest pain, fainting, low blood pressure, palpitation and anemia.

Central Nervous System - Headache, dizziness and tiredness.

Gastrointestinal- Diarrhea.

Genitourinary - Reduced sperm count.

Miscellaneous- Liver failure, rash, jaundice and joint pain.

Other Precautions : * Avoid alcoholic beverages.

Bosentan(Tracleer) generic is an endothelin receptor antagonist, prescribed for pulmonary atrial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). The medication blocks the effects of endothelin-1 thereby decreases blood pressure in lungs. The medication also inhibits blood vessel thickening.
