Side effect(s) of Albuterol and Ipratropium

Read the side effects of Albuterol and Ipratropium as described in the medical literature. In case of any doubt consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Body As A Whole - Pain, headache, uncontrollable shaking of a part of the body and nervousness.

Heart - Chest pain, fast heart rate, elevated blood pressure, nausea, dizziness, heartburn.

Gastrointestinal - Diarrhea, indigestion, nausea.

Skin Hives, Rash, swelling of the eyes, face, lips, tongue, throat, hands, feet, ankles, or lower legs and itching.

Musculoskeletal - Leg cramps.

Respiratory- Lung inflammation, lung disease, inflammation of pharynx, pneumonia.

Genitourinary - Urinary tract infection.

Eye- Mydriasis(dilation of the pupil).



Other Precautions : * Avoid excess dosage.

Drug Name : Albuterol and Ipratropium

Albuterol or salbutamol and Ipratropium combination is prescribed to prevent or treat wheezing, breathing difficulty, chest tightness, and coughing in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic bronchitis and emphysema or damage to the air sacs in the lungs.
