It comes as a tablet, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult- PO- The usual starting dose is 160/12.5 mg once daily.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

♦ Contraindicated in patients with diabetes, anuria (unable to urinate) or hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide

This combination medication contains angiotensin II receptor blocker and diuretic, prescribed for high blood pressure.
