Take Pexidartinib on an empty stomach or at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal or snack. Do not break, open, or chew Pexidartinib capsules. Swallow the capsules whole.
Dosage & When it is to be taken
The dose recommended is 400 mg orally, twice daily. The dose should be reduced in kidney disease. They are available as 200mg Capsules

What if you Miss a Dose of Pexidartinib?
In case you vomit or miss a dose of Pexidartinib then they should take the next dose at its scheduled time.
