How to Take Pegademase Bovine and it's Dose

Dosage & When it is to be taken

IM- The recommended dosing schedule is 10 U/kg for the first dose, 15 U/kg for the second dose, and 20 U/kg for the third dose. Maintenance: 20 U/kg per week.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with abnormal decrease in platelet counts, and hypersensitivity.

Drug Name : Pegademase Bovine

This medication is a modified enzyme, prescribed for severe combined immunodeficiency disease (SCID) in patients with adenosine deaminase (ADA) deficiency.
