How to Take Nicorandil and it's Dose

It comes as a tablet, to take by mouth, with or without food.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Adult: Oral: Initial: 10 mg twice daily. Usual dose: 10-20 mg twice daily. Max: 30 mg twice daily.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Contraindicated in patients with cardiogenic shock (poor blood circulation), heart failure, low blood pressure, breast-feeding and children.

Drug Name : Nicorandil

This medication is a vasodilator, prescribed for angina pectoris (chest pain).
