It comes as a cream and ointment to apply topically as directed by your physician.

Dosage & When it is to be taken

Topical- Skin infections- Per g cream contains neomycin sulfate 3.5 mg, polymyxin B sulfate 10,000 u and hydrocortisone acetate 5 mg: Apply 2-4 times/day as needed.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications)

Hypersensitivity.
